Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have never been mistreated like this before and I have been to many nail salons. My appointment was at 12:30, got there 10 minutes early and I still had to wait 15 minutes before someone started on my nails. The first woman started taking off my nails and filing them down, then she stopped and proceeded to move on to someone else, so I sat for another 20 minutes waiting for Michael to begin doing my nails. I told him before he started I wanted my nails to be thin, at the end when I asked him to fix a nail he gave me such a nasty attitude as if I am not paying for this service and it was such a hassle to file down one nail. He proceeded to ask me to pay before he finished my nails. When I told him to just finish and put the top coat on, he followed up by saying I have no idea what I am talking about, and that I do not know how nails work, basically calling me ignorant. I was missing one nail and he charged me an extra $5 dollars when the previous time I got my nails done I was missing two extensions and was only charged in total $38. At this appointment I payed $40. The extra two dollars does not bother me, its just the fact that he overcharged me because I asked him to file my nails down a little more. He was so rude and I highly do not recommend going here. I have never been mistreated like this before and I have been to many nail salons. My appointment was at 12:30, got there 10 minutes early and I still had to wait 15 minutes before someone started on my nails. I’ve had powder dip manicures done by Michael, Mulan, and Tiffany.. and pedicures done by Annie. I was happy with all of them! I love the way they do ombré dip powder at this salon, using airbrush rather than the sponge method. Had my nails done here for my wedding and got so many compliments. I’ve gone to Touch Nail 5 times now and have always had a good experience. I’ve had powder dip manicures done by Michael, Mulan, and Tiffany.. and pedicures done by Annie. I was happy with all of them! I love the way they do ombré dip powder at this salon, using airbrush rather than the sponge method. Had my nails done here for my wedding and got so many compliments. I’ve never had to wait and I think they have great prices and a huge selection of powder dip colors.

Prices are reasonable considering every nail place around here is super expensive! So thank you for excellent service at an affordable price! This was my third time there. This time I had Tiffany. She was quick, excellent and very nice! Got a pedicure and dip powder manicure.
