Hi, my name is Terri Higgins, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Touch Massage, Inc.! I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, working to improve the lives of others and their health and wellness. Everyone needs to stretch, but we never make time for it. Stretching and massage therapy have been proven beneficial for many chronic conditions such as back pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression, infertility, smoking cessation, depression and more. Why not combine your deep tissue massage with some stretches? Thai massage is jokingly known as the Lazy mans yoga, since you just lie down, focus on your breathing, and comfortably receive delicious stretches – I do all the work for you as I stretch you into the poses! Ashi-Thai is an expression of traditional Thai massage techniques and exercises, where the therapist maneuvers your limbs into deep relaxing stretches. Compression of muscle tissue is applied throughout the session, helping to release spasm, muscle contraction and tension, always working within your perfect range of pressure. Imagine taking a nap while your body subconsciously takes a yoga class on its own this is Ashi-Thai. Ashi-Thai is usually done fully clothed, without cream or oil. (It can also be incorporated into your regular Ashi session!)		$80.00
Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
“The deepest, most luxurious massage on the planet”. This massage is like body surfing on you! Your therapist will use soft, clean feet while holding on to parallel ceiling bars for balance and support. The pressure will be deeper – minus the pain and discomfort! AOBT® is great for anyone who enjoys deep pressure, and especially for large, muscular men and athletes. While it’s a more broad application, trigger points can be located and efficiently treated with AOBT®. Not appropriate for people with serious health conditions and pregnant women		$100.00

I went to Touch Massage for a very stiff neck and shoulder. I was very impressed by Teri’s unique technique (Ashiatsu). The even pressure and smoothness of her massage was like nothing I had had before. She also stretches you during the massage which was amazing – specifically for my tight quads and hamstrings.
