I have been going to this salon for over two years and decided to write a review. Haiti does an amazing job with the haircuts!! Every-time I go for a haircut I show her a picture of how I want my haircut and she does an amazing job!!! So polite and professional. I have also gotten a mani and pedi, they sterilize all their tools which makes you comfortable and safe, especially with Covid. They do a really nice job. The entire staff at the salon is so welcoming and professional. This has become my go to place now. I highly recommend this place.

A good place for something simple. Almost had a heart attack when they dyed my hair too light. Also they can be a little dominating and if you don’t speak Spanish you will feel like an outcast. However I love my girl Priya who does my eyebrows. I only trust her with my eyebrows. Whenever another does my eyebrows I am never satisfied. Service and professionalism needs improvement.

Very professional staff, eveybody there is very polite and take care of you as soon as u walk in. Fast service and affordable. They offer almost the full service of cosmetology from women’s hair, nails, waxing & eyebrow threading and they also have a barber, making it very convenient to get everything at one shot.(women, kids,men)

DO NOT go here.i asked the woman to trim up my side bangs and she completely butchered them. Usually when i get my bangs trimmed they use a small scissor and cut piece by piece. THIS LADY SNIPPED MY BANGS WITH ONE SWOOP OF THE SCISSORS. MY BANGS ARE EVERYTHING TO ME AND SHE RUINED IT!Do not go here!

Would go here for a haircut anytime with Claritza, but NEVERRRRRR EVERRRRR AGAIN for my hair color! I asked for a dark brown, showed a picture of myself having this color before, and walked out of there with Black. When I complained about it while I was there I was told oh it’s that your hair is still wet…ummm ok…same color when it was dried…She said “Oh it will wash out in a few days” …. ummm well I didn’t go to the salon to get the color I wanted in a few days…..I tried to make it work but I can’t stomach looking at myself in the mirror. Black looks terrible on me that’s why I even SPECIFICALLY said I DO NOT WANT BLACK. So I called them so they could do the right thing and fix it and spent eight minutes on the phone with them telling me black and brown are the same thing and that maybe I did not know that because they are a spanish speaking salon and I speak english….. I SPEAK SPANISH TOO…WE ARE HAVING THIS ENTIRE CONVERSATION IN SPANISH! In what world are black and brown the same thing…..Completely and utterly disgusted with the quality of their coloring job and the customer service I received after complaining. At this point I’m scared to go back so they could fix it, since they will probably tell me brown, blonde and purple are all the same color!
