Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhen I went there years ago, he sold me a package of for certain amount of time for massages. Since my injury was healing the frequency lessened. When I tried using the package later (after delay of feeling better), he refused to continue with the prepaid package. Though there was nothing in the contract about a timeframe that it had to be used, he refused to honor it. I will NEVER go back there or suggest it to anyone else. I had just a positive experience at Christina school by Meijer in Lafayette as I did with him at 1/2 the price (with better customer service).When I went there years ago, he sold me a package of for certain amount of time for massages. When I tried using the package later (after delay of feeling better), he refused to continue with the prepaid package. When I was 25 years old, I woke up one morning with back pain that I coudln’t explain. It got progressively worse over the next 6 months until finally I couldn’t walk without horrible pain. My fiance had to put on my shoes and socks for me, I couldn’t go to work, and I was in constant pain. I visited Doctors, who sent me to specialists, physical therapists, and Chiropractors, all to no avail (the Chiropractor managed to make it worse). I tried massages, hot rocks, buying a new mattress, and every other home remedy I could find, nothing. Finally, I went to Touch For Health Massage Therapy. this guy knows what he is doing. it isn’t one of those spas where they pat you down with oil and put on crappy indie music, rubbing the muscles with the faintest idea of muscle or tendon physiology. he deals with athletes and treats injuries at a professional, informed level, gives great advice and really knows his stuff.
