Very rude and rough. Scheduled me for certain time then showed up a hour and some change later. Did not even do the style I wanted even though I showed them a picture. The lady with the glasses was entirely rude as well. Didn’t speak when she came in, yelling talking all in my ear on top of braiding my hair super tight. There where a lot of fruit flys. Worst shop ever I wouldn’t even recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

So unprofessional . My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and the shop wasn’t even open . When I called twice the phone went right to voicemail and I was not allowed to leave a message . After waiting a few More mins I called back and the braider said she would be there in 10 and was caught in traffic. She sounded as if she just woke up . An additional 15 minutes went by before I received services with no apology or discount for having to wait . I didn’t appreciate that inconsiderate service

Flexible schedule. I got Senegalese twist. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Two people did my hair. Extremely fast and very professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Braids aren’t to tight. Everything was perfect!!!
