I recentley scheduled my husband massage at this facility. First off the telephone call was very unprofessional. Shelia did not ask for my name or a phone number. She did not inquire if my husband had ever been there before nor did she ask for any information regarding his preferences for the massage. His massage was of poor quality AND it was not the full hour he paid for. When I called to complain Shelia (the owner) stated that the shortened time was due to my husband refusing to have his feet massaged. She claimed that he was there 45 minutes which is not accurate. The customer service was terrible. The only solution she was willing to offer was to have he come back bbn in for the “15 minutes” he was shorted. Due to his dissatisfaction with the massage itself this was not an appealing offer. Given my husband’s report of the lack of typical massage protocol and set up (was not even on massage table) I am led to believe that this facility may offer “a little extra service ” if you know to ask for it. In our case my husband is an honest and faithful husband and was not looking for the “little extra” and therefore he was not given the service he expected AND PAID $90 FOR. This was a total rip off and huge disappointment. I would never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter got me a birthday present hot tub massage here it was my first experience I really enjoyed myself and got extra time for my birthday the owner Sheila was very polite and made me feel really comfortable… I have problems with my hip when I got finished I felt like a brand new person…. I hope I get the same treatment next year…
