I have been going to Nina for a little over 2 years now and she has never let me down! I love her work and how friendly she is. I always feel super comfortable in the salon and I love the owner (Shannon), for the atmosphere she has created in the salon by making you feel welcomed and offering snacks & water for those long appointments. The whole staff is amazing and I will not go anywhere else! I also appreciate them offering late appointments because I work during the day so them offering that option is AWESOME and something very few salons offer!

I’ve found my hairstylist for life here!!! ❤️ When I tell you Nina went above & beyond what I’d hoped for, I’m still speechless! She is the sweetest, friendliest hairstylist I’ve ever come across & when it comes to your hair she does NOT play. I had no trouble sitting in that chair for however long I did because it felt like I was at a friend’s. Shannon was such a great help too & such a vibe to be around, you really can’t go wrong here! I just wanted to say that Shannon, the owner of Totally Teased, has always treated me and my time with the utmost respect! She has done multiple balayages on my hair, which took several hours for each, and my hair has looked absolutely gorgeous every time. She has recommended products for my frizzy hair, and never made me feel bad about it, even though I am embarrassed by it. Her prices are super reasonable and she is always warm and welcoming! I had an appointment this past Tuesday at 5:30 pm for a balayage, cut and style however I did not leave my appointment until AFTER 12 midnight! Shannon was working on others hair and training an individual while working on my hair. She did make me aware that her 5:30 appointment runs a little late after starting the process, but I was not expecting to be there that late. I had my regular routine done to my hair which normally takes 3 hours. I feel the owner was not courteous of my time and I don’t feel my hair or time is reflective of what I paid.
