Had an airbrushing done here… Paige, the girl who did it was very inexperienced with heavy set girls. I am 5’2 180lbs and this girl let me leave with tan lines under my breasts, belly and on my back. Also, her airbrush gun was leaking the whole time and got all over my brand new sandals. This is highly unprofessional and I will be calling to speak with someone tomorrow morning. It is wrong how that girl airbrushed me. If they didn’t have a professional, EXPERIENCED air brusher available then I should have been told just that. $55 for tan lines on an airbushing is unacceptable and the owner should be embarrassed she would let a client leave that way.

I used this salon a year ago to tan for a vacay and level bed 3 did the job in 3 sessions. This year I did 3 sessions I. Level 4 bed and got nothing. $90 wasted. Clearly the lamps have expired. Don’t recommend the place.

This place was great for years. Unfortunately, my last 3 visits (in Jan 2020) were a waste of money. I usually tan very easily on stand up tanning beds, but after 3 visits I had no tan. The bulbs were either very old, or just cheap. For 20 years I’ve been prepping for vacations by getting 3 tanning sessions for a nice base tan, but that was not the case this January. I used stickers during my tanning sessions to track tanning progress. However, I’m still rating it 4 stars because the service is great, it is clean, and I have not tried other tanning beds available (only tried the stand up).

Phenomenal guest service from Jen! I used to go here and it’s been a couple years, she remembered me and made me feel so welcome. This place has a variety of tanning options, I seriously have been to more than a few tanning places where the staff seemed more bothered by you than wanting to help, this is so not the case here! Clean everything and Covid compliant! You get yourself glowy baby!

I called totally tanning to get some package prices and compare to other tanning places. Totally Tanning had the best assistance done by Laura who knew all about the difference in beds, lotions, prices, very knowledgeable in their product and was just absolutely fabulous. I went in on my lunch break, I got an excellent end of the summer package deal that fit my budget with a lotion. Laura remembered who I am after only meeting me once and greeted me by my first name. they are very clean, welcoming and all around great. I would definitely recommend their services. I have only tanned twice and I am already shades darker!

This place is the best! I’ve been coming here for years and their prices can not be beat! It’s always clean and they continue to update their decor, products and services. Love their beds, and the mystic and airbrush tans always turn out super even and natural looking! Their customer service is top notch! The owner and employees are seriously so sweet and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Stopped by before my vacation after not having been here for a few years. I used the #3 bed which is my favorite. Great experience & the front desk girl was very friendly and helpful. It was a little pricey compared to other places I’ve tried in the area, and I think the prices have gone up since the last time I came by but still enjoyed tanning here.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came here for a mystic (spray tan) and the sprayer got stuck on the left side. So after my tan it was all uneven and dripping off my left side, and didn’t spray much of my right side at all. I informed the gentleman at the desk and he gave me a towel to blot whatever wasn’t dried already, and had me do a respray. I turned out looking worse than Donald trump. I was so orange and uneven. The guy informed me he would take care of me next time I came in (with discount) I went today and they supposedly have no record of his memo in the computer. This place is no good. I will never go back to this tanning salon. The spray tanning mister only sprayed my front. When I told the owner she said I was wrong and it had been working all day. So does that mean these are days it doesn’t work? I told her I had a wedding the next day and needed it to be right. She refused to fix the issue or come up with a solution. Had a tan front and pale back side. I guess unless nobody saw my front and back at the same time I guess I was okay. Lol
