I have been coming for a few years now and it continues to go downhill. It wouldn’t be fair to give them one star because of their staff. Their beds, prices, and products are all awesome and no complaints there. It’s the rude and unknowledgeable staff I have an issue with. I was waiting to be checked in and Esperanza was working and the gentleman in front of me asked her what his results for a spray tan would look like with a specific level and she said “uhhhh I don’t know”. On multiple occasions she has been rude to me while checking me in. Don’t work here if you don’t like it plain and simple.

Positive: ProfessionalismI love Totally Tan in Woodbury! I have had a package for unlimited spray tanning for the last couple of months. They have two Norvell booths and I have never had a streaky tan.I was impressed with the quality, since I was expecting a little less vs custom tans, but I have been happy each time. I’d also like to point out, I don’t do the combo of tanning bed/sprays. I’m a really pasty person, but I always feel like I was on vacation.Customer service is always amazing as well and the system they have in place for checking customers in always goes fast. I walked in totally new to tanning and was happily greeted by Alyssa- I think that was her name. She is the manager. I told her I was brand new to tanning, she didn’t hesitate and jumped into showing me around. Full tour with extensive detail on everything the facility has to offer! She then walked me through the pricing options and we picked the package that best fit my needs. After that we had a good chat about products and she helped me find a couple that I think I am really going to enjoy and benefit from. I have very sensitive skin and have a hard time finding products that my skin doesn’t react to. The facility is also very clean! I tried the cocoon and a tanning bed and was set at ease by how easy things were to navigate. I can’t wait to go back!

This has always been my favorite tanning salon. I worked in several tanning salons through college and know the ins and outs of what is going on. I have never worked at a totally tan but I can say for sure they are honest and they give you the best value for everything! Lots of tanning salons try squeeze the money out of your pockets but totally tan is not like that. Their staff is educated in tanning safety and they follow the proper regulations with everything! I also love that they have so much more than just tanning!

The lobby is nice and looks pretty but they need better staff or something. Hands down the best tanning salon I’ve been to! They have a bed that works best for everyone and I love their red light therapy! Very clean, warm and inviting. The staff is top notch too! The manager Alyssa is by far one of the sweetest people I’ve met in a very long time and I love seeing her face and conversating with her each and everytime I go in!

First time customer looking for a spray tan! Was greeted , got in quickly, employee helped me choose a color and gave me great instructions. Was hoping the spray booth was heated but it wasn’t that bad. Wish they would have carried the scent additives like other spray booths but I ended up loving my color. Will defiantly be going back more more sessions!
