I used to work for palm beach tan so I was nervous to switch salons but the manager was so sweet, she helped me so much and talked with me throughout my sign up process and even remembered me the second time I came in! On top of the amazing customer service the equipment is to die for! so many nice beds and spa services. my tan looks great!

DO NOT GO HERE. Not only do they have terrible customer service in the location, but their “guest services” call center is even worse. I cancelled my membership back in 2020 because I moved out state. I noticed ive been getting charged every month, a freeze fee. I had called in to cancel, not freeze my account. When I submitted an inquiry about it, a woman named Maria called me. She was very rude from the beginning and proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t refund the over $100 they’ve charged me because one of their employees gave me inaccurate information. Go somewhere else, this place is NOT WORTH IT.

i’m writing to let everybody know about Totally Tan Spa policies for their packages you better make sure you have a good reminder or a good memory because if you want to cancel you have to do so by the 20th if not you have to get charge for that month and do cancellation or whatever the following month I just think it is very outrageous that I have a balance of over $130 for services that were not even provided The customer service representatives I’ve dealt with have not even attempted to help me it must be normal for them to have these kind of situations it is straight robbery to charge somebody for services that aren’t provided and it’s a tanning salon for chrissakes they’re losing a loyal customer over this by their reaction isn’t a big deal just know that it was pretty confusing at first so be prepared and their customer service is horrible

Poor value. I waited a few mins to be helped as no one was at the counter when I arrived. Nothing inherently wrong with this salon, but they charged me just over $12 for 8 mins in their standard bed, which is double what I’ve paid elsewhere. I only went here because they’re open later than other places on Sunday, but I’ll avoid going back due to the high price. My experience was fine overall, but other salons in the area provide a better experience at a better value.

Critical: ProfessionalismI told them that I did not want to buy any product because I assumed my membership would be over in one month. They told me that it would last for ever which sounded kind of fishy. Clean, very nice manager, and I think they handled an issue I had well. I don’t really like their pricing/membership – but you get what you pay for. Higher quality tanning comes at a greater cost.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityBought a groupon to test facility to see if I should purchase membership. Upon arrival there was some trumped up “tax” on the already purchased groupon that was half the price of the groupon and was forced to purchase goggles. Everytime I went there there was a person in training alone at the counter that could answer no questions and would have to run to manager for help. After using 2/3 of the groupon in a week, needed time to heal, came back 2 weeks later and was informed that groupon had expired and manager Ester would not honor my last tan even though facility was completely empty, gave me the weakest customer service “I’m sorry” and would do nothing further except purchase overpriced packages. I suppose it’s my fault for not reading fine print about all tans and spa packages must be used within 10 days, but c’mon, the facility is empty, I needed time to heal and it’s a fine print oversight. The entirety of the experience definetly pushed me away from spending my money on continued packages. Could have avoided this by honoring last tan that I already paid for and earned more income with a new customer, as to be honest I did like the spa and beds I tried, but seeing as loyalty and professionalism isnt important to managment I can find other facilities.
