Beautiful location with many different options of beds. However, I’m mainly giving this 5 star review because of Olyvia, who is one of the managers at this location. She provides exceptional customer service and is extremely kind. She took the time to explain all of the different services offered with my membership and showed me each room. I have dealt with some not very friendly TT employees before, so I greatly appreciate her. I choose to go to this location because my experience has been better than any other.

Signed up a while back, tried to cancel and was convinced to “freeze” my account for less than $10/month and still be able to tan on weekends. Sure, why not. After some time I decided to call and cancel and was told I have to do it in person which is difficult because I moved and I don’t come this way often. After looking at bank statements the monthly charge more than doubled, so I came in to cancel because that’s heinous and was told I can now only cancel online. Shady as hell.

This is the best tanning salon I have ever been to. The ladies there are so nice and helpful. They always take the time to show you exactly how to use each bed and service instead of speeding through acting annoyed. It’s always clean there and I know the beds are always in perfect condition. I recommend it to anyone in the area!

Super cheesy place! You would think they would provide complimentary cheap disposal goggles, like their competition does, for their clients that pay $45 for a single session tan. When I tried to return the same time purchased lotion for the eye goggles, they offered store credit only. This was despite just running the charge on my card. Because I needed to just get the tan in, I spent the $, in lieu of disputing the charge with my credit card. Their competitors offer disposal goggles, in the event you forgot yours. Probably because they are not cheap and want you to return. I did tan, the beds were no better or worse than any other place, except this place nickel and dimes. After the tan they offered a $25 spa gift card, which I declined. When I go to a spa, its never been at a tanning salon, lol. I go to a real spa, so it was not tough to decline that spiff. Bottom line, I won’t be back. There are tons of tanning salons out there.

I heard about then from Groupon because I wanted to get a tan before a southern California vacation. I normally only tan may or June though August. This place is SO MUCH BETTER than my experience at Palm Beach. I will definitely have to switch over my loyalty to this much superior tanning salon. I love that they don’t have the “24 hour” rule, right down to the minute. Makes it much more convenient! Had a better experience here in 2 days than I have in over a year at PBT. The staff are much friendlier and they are not down your throat trying to make you purchase the products!

Disappointed with my latest experience. I’ve been a customer for several years. I would have usually agreed with the employee’s statement that their bulbs are always good, and changed regularly. I tanned for 2 minutes under the maximum amount of time on the employee’s suggestion since I haven’t seen the sun (real or artificial) since the summer. No joke, you can’t even tell I went tanning! I anticipated a warmness to my current body tone, even maybe some redness since it has been so long since I have tanned, but no color at all! I planned to continue tanning until the end of March when I am traveling down south. Since I did not see ANY results the first time I’m struggling with what to do. Either try a different bed type, or different tanning salon.

Absolutely FANTASTIC place. The manager Kelsee was so knowledgeable about everything I had questions on. Her trainee was listening attentively when she was explaining to me how to use a spray tan – even though I only was spraying she showed me the whole salon! I never knew tanning was this fancy until she took the time out of her busy day to tell me everything. As a first time client I can honestly say I will NEVER go elsewhere. I do have to say the only down fall to my experience is I wasn’t able to do my groupon more than twice so I did end up purchasing a package recently because I loved the results so much. I just wish I could do the groupon deal a million times because I would! Best place ever!!!!
