I should have listened to other reviews. They are unfortunately accurate! I was told misinformation about changing my plan. I was basically told too bad, I should have read the fine point instead of listening to the employee who sold me the membership. When calling the corporate office there is ling hold times. When I finally got to someone, she was literally reading a script.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf there were a ZERO STAR Option I would have chosen that.Buyer beware of all the hidden membership fees. I got pregnant and had to freeze my account for a year and a half as I was also nursing- and charged a monthly fee to do so. I was told I could use these dollars toward services and products. Not true. Also what they don’t say is there is also a fee to reactivate your account so you can then use all those dollars. They had told me if I just cancelled my account I would be good and get those dollars but that’s not true you lose them all. When I called in to their customer support team (8 times because nobody ever calls you back) they said a manager would call me time and time again. When I finally called on my own to speak to a manager I was told they all quit and the option above them is the owner of the company. I said o would be happy to talk to him as well and they said the manager doesn’t talk to patrons, sorry.Long story short don’t get trapped into this companies membership fees and if you think of freezing just quit as you will never get your money back and it’s managed very poorly.Service: TanningIf there were a ZERO STAR Option I would have chosen that.Buyer beware of all the hidden membership fees. Used one session thinking I would save the rest for an upcoming trip. When I returned a month or so later I was told all of my other sessions had expired 7 days after the Groupon was purchased. The receptionist said “it is in the tiny print when you buy the Groupon”. I would like to be able to use my remaining sessions. I am extremely dissatisfied and can’t believe a company would use such a scummy promotion. When all is said and don I paid approximately $40 for one session. Super bummed. Bought a Groupon package for 6 sessions. When I went to use it I was told I owed an additional $9. Used one session thinking I would save the rest for an upcoming trip.
