I’m in town on business for only a week but I wanted to keep up on my tan. I went to totally tan and spa just thinking that I was going to have a quick session and be done, but the gal at the front desk was so incredibly kind in telling me about the seven day trial session where I get to try all of the unique services this place has to offer while I’m here. Erika took time to give me a tour and help me with each service I chose to use. She has a fantastic personality and great work ethic, and because of her, I will definitely be spreading the word about this place and I will be back the next time I am in town!!

The customer service here is awful. I’ve been tanning at totally tan since 2014. I bought a lotion that I was told would be about 75 dollars after tax (I was going to buy another lotion but the representative insisted on this one because it was cheaper). I didn’t ask for a receipt, but later saw that I was charged 91 dollars. I disputed the extra amount with my bank. I went in there 3 or 4 more times and was told that was fine to do what I did and that my account was fine. I even had a manager say she would call corporate just to make sure. She left me a voicemail a couple days later saying everything was fine. On the first of the month I went to tan. I was told my account was on hold and I couldn’t tan until I paid a 25 dollar dispute fee, plus the extra cost of the lotion. Even though they had no problem charging me my monthly fee of almost 80 dollars. I called customer care and told them what happened and requested the dispute fee be removed, I’d even pay the extra fee on the lotion. They said until I paid that my account would be on hold and they wouldn’t help me any further. I will be cancelling my account and going elsewhere. They lost a long time customer, over 25 dollars that was because of their mistake in the first place.

This salon is just amazing!!!! This salon has some high end services along with a staff that is very knowledgeable and friendly, they always are so inviting! I really enjoy the cocoon pod they offered! The celebrity club membership allows me to use multiple service in one visit, which makes for a great relaxing session! I’ll be letting all my friends and family know about how wonderful this salon is!

I purchased a Groupon for here and I was excited to try out the different beds and spa treatments that they have. I used one spa and one tanning session the first day. They were both very nice and comfortable. I went back a week later and I was told that they already expired. If I would have known that they expired in a WEEK, I would have made sure that I visited more that week so I could have tried the other amenities.

This Totally tan has a very high employee turnover and theft from employees. Also famous for running your card and ordering a product for you but you will never received it!!! Spray tanning machine is always down or broken for days at a time, they don’t except cash for your account, Huge inconvenience and rudeness! Do not waste money for a membership.

Absolutely love this place. I went in and got a Celebrity Membership with Cin. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I bought new tanning lotion which she helped me pick based on my needs and what I wanted. I have done Red Light Therapy which helps produce collagen and it has a shake plate on the bottom to help tone and firm your skin. I also use a Level 3 standup. I noticed a difference right away and am going to keep going. I am excited to try their spray tan as I prep for competition and also want to try their float. Good investment!
