I come here often, I love the red light therapy services and 3 different hybrid red light + tanning beds. Staff is helpful and super friendly, some push the expensive lotions but most just offer suggestions without being too intense. I remember years ago tanning places were super confusing to understand pricing – Totally Tan has everything listed right on their website clearly. I appreciate that. Always clean and tidy!

First out of delayed sunless tanning. They I went in and there was no hair net so I had to go ask and they were out of that too. Then the instructions you couldn’t even hear over the fan. The BP location really needs to get new level 3 beds or change bulbs much more frequently. I tan the full time 2-3 times a week and do not see any results at all. Very disappointing. I guess I will need to drive further to other locations as they have higher quality beds. Tanning

Walked in here today as it’s close to home and was very pleased with my visit. I do believe the girls name was Ella whom was helping me and was very polite, and informative on all the services and rules that go with tanning. Haven’t been to one in over a year, so getting up to speed was necessary.

Totally Tan used to be a really good deal. Membership was about $30ish a month. In the past year or so it bumped up to more like $50. Anyway, occasionally my bank sends me a new check card randomly without me requesting it. Usually when that happens I forget to change it with Totally Tan since I only go there every couple of weeks or at the most once a week. Usually when that has happened in the past, I just update the card when I go tanning and pay the fee for the month and I’m all set until the bank decides to randomly send me a new card again. Well I guess as of this past October, now if the card on file expires and you don’t update it before the 1st of the month when it gets charged, they have started charging a $10 fee. So that was unexpected and a huge inconvenience at this time of year when money is already really tight because of the holidays. I’m very unhappy about this. Considering that I don’t go tanning as much as I used to, I’m thinking about canceling my membership altogether!

If you are going to implement new rules you need to explain them to your customers and follow them consistently. I have never been told I could not tan if I didn’t have my goggles to show until today. I have been offered to “borrow” a pair in the past.
