The people are so friendly and they take their time to explain things to you and sound like they enjoy their Job. The rooms are very clean and the beds are in great condition in full working order and I get tan. The other locations I frequent are big lake and Monticello. Monticello is nice as far as the employee’s. I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve loved each time. The people are so friendly and they take their time to explain things to you and sound like they enjoy their Job. The rooms are very clean and the beds are in great condition in full working order and I get tan. The other locations I frequent are big lake and Monticello. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes a lot for me to fill out.a negative review but this company deserves it! In JAN of 2021 I stopped in the albertville location to tan a few times before my trip and the young lady working there showed me I could save money if I signed up for “the Celebrity Package” then I just had to cancel it the following month when I was done with my trip. Sounded easy enough so I signed up and used their tanning booth a handful of times leading up to the trip and then I stopped by the front desk to cancel and I was told you can’t cancel in person and that I needed a I call customer service. I did that and the lady I spoke to tells first tries to offer me other promotions and plans like a cable company would. Then she tells me that she also cannot help me cancel and that I needed to go online. Trying to find the location to cancel once online was a hassle on its own but I made sure to complete it. Done…Nope…I just stopped in there last night to tan before my trip this year and I found out my account was still active and that they never canceled it and had been charging my credit card monthly at $69 + tax for the last 12 months without me using their services once. Again they gave me the customer service number. I called and of course they were closed so I sent an email requesting a call first thing in the morning and expected a refund. I get a call at 4:30 in the afternoon from a customer service rep who instantly tells me that they never received my cancelation and that I signed a contract stating they will not refund monthly fees and that she would send me the link to cancel again. I asked her again explaining that I didn’t use their services a single time in that year span so it didn’t cost them anything. I would understand if they sent me a product that i kept but this cost them nothing. Obviously not happy with that response I asked to talk to her manager. She said no at first then puts me on hold and then comes back and says she is the highest level employee for me to raise my concern to. All she could do was send me the link to cancel again. This next part shows jut how bad this business is run…my wife is currently signed up with a monthly membership under that same plan and they would have kept making money off us if they did right by their customers. I also would have been understanding and they would have gotten my business moving forward prior to our annual trips as well. Now I am cancelling and so is my wife. Then I will be checking every month to make to make sure this shady business doesn’t pull this again. If you’re looking for a business that cares about its customers this is NOT that place. Go somewhere else! I will make sure to let everyone know when the topic is brought up.

This team is awesome!! On one occasion, the bed I was in seemed to have shut off before my set time was up. I asked about it the next time I was in, just because I was wondering what my initial time had actually been set to, and it turns out it turned off early. I was only wondering though; I have a membership (unlimited monthly) so it doesn’t really matter. Right away they apologized, even though they did nothing wrong, and offered me a free session in their new relight therapy bed!!! I let them know I wasn’t looking for any freebies, and they insisted I try it out. They are so hospitable, and friendly!! Also, Amber, the manager, is awesome and so incredibly friendly. Thank you, Albertville team; you guys rock!
