Double charged my card for $170, said it was an accident and they would refund my card, never refunded me, then told me they could only give me $170 in credit for merchandise. So now if I want my money they charged me, I can buy $170 in lotion??? that’s stealing!!!! Tanning

Reasonably priced most staff is nice, friendly, and respectful. VERY pushy when it comes to products. Got my own off amazon and manager was basically making fun of me. Every time went in i got asked if I was using a lotion I was using which is understandable because they are just trying to sell them. Most employees stopped pushing when I said I already have one but the manager would just keep pushing me to buy his stupid $100 lotion

Staff are very nice and helpful! I was wanting to sign up for a membership and was given a tour and each bed explained to me and what the difference was! It is also very clean and comfortable and nice environment! Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family! Great experience and customer service and had no doubts about signing up!

Literally in love with this location , I technically live closer to the coon rapids location but I drive the extra couple miles to see these girls … Andover totally tan has the best group of girls they are all so friendly and very knowledgeable of there products and even the ingredients! There always looking to help you out rather then to make money honestly the first tanning salon I haven’t felt forced to purchase things ! And it’s the cleanest and to top it off they frequently get new bulbs they don’t mess around here ! my mom and I love the Andover location manager and all the other girls <3

I bought a 3 package spray tan as was told it would never expire. I just went to use my last one and they told me it expired 30 days ago and wouldn’t honor it. That’s poor customer service since I clearly paid for it and they should have honored it or at least offered me a reduced price.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and products. Everyone seems to keep busy and keep the place clean. I have tanned at other studios in the past and would have to say that I have been very happy with this business. Definitely would recommend!

Used them twice and got pretty much what I expected. They were very pricey, which is why I’m only 4/5 stars; however, I was never disappointed in the product. I left feeling like a bronzed god 🙂
