I went there a week ago and within a few days, 3 of my acrylic tips popped off. They didn’t break or crack from any trauma. They popped off after washing my hands….I’m extremely frustrated, because the whole process took entirely too long in the first place. And it cost more that it was worth. I paid $80 for this manicure, showed her a picture of what I wanted and it still didn’t come out right. But I was just going to let that go until I started losing nails.

Took me at the last minute for pedi and mani at 6pm on a Friday evening. They were so kind and even though it was after closing, they still took their time and gave 100% effort to me. Even made sure my nails were fully dry before having me leave.

I was the last customer on 8/9/18. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience getting a simple manicure done. The lady doing my nails was using a nail file to remove my gel manicure, and after I politely told her she was cutting into my skin with it, she gave an impatient response, noting she doesn’t have 45 minutes to wait around until my gel comes off. I was not in the mood to get into a conflict so simply asked her to finish without doing my polish. The result was a half-done job for which she still charged $23 (she may have counted her tip in). Daylight robbery.
