I just wanna warn anybody coming here that they are rude and only care about the money and not actually doing a decent job. I have gone to this salon a few times and every single time it’s horrible. The top coat always comes out extremely yellow the first 3 days after. The acrylic is never laid right, never smooth or buffed at the cuticle. For the first time I was yelled at by a worker

I showed the lady a picture, she said she could do it, it was relatively simple, she gets to the end to do the accent nail and then tells me she doesn’t have the chunky glitter. If she would have told me ahead of time I could have picked something else. The lady who did my pedicure did a decent enough job except she didn’t even touch my cuticles or ingrown nails.

I don’t normally get my nails done but decided to splurge for a pedicure and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been to Totally Nails before and the service is still stellar! Diane was a sweetie, she took excellent care of me and did a beautiful job on my toes. The price was great for a Relaxing Pedicure I, just an additional $5 for french manicure. I’ll definitely be going back.

If I could give them less than a star I would this was the worst experience I have ever had here and I’ve been here several times. The person who waited on me her name was Lynn and she was so rough and cut several of my toes and I was bleeding and she never said she was sorry and I kept asking her to please go easy You don’t have to hurt me You don’t have to cut me and she just ignored me it was a horrible experience Don’t go there don’t let her touch you and I will be reporting this to the department of health she shouldn’t be allowed to touch anybody. Then when she was finally done she goes and puts my foot into my shoe and scrapes all the nails against my shoe which now has nail polish we’re all over him and had to redo the foot and that was the foot where she cut a few of my toes Don’t go here!

I went in today for a french manicure. Every time I have been here I am asked if I want a gel manicure despite signing up for regular polish. It seems as soon as I say no the technician rushes through the job. My nails look ok. The white is a little crooked and the top coat is already lifting. They say gel lasts longer. Sure. But their regular manicures would last longer if they did a decent job.

The nail tech was lazy- he did not clean or trim my natural nails before adding the artificial nail which means if for any reason moisture gets under my nails (washing hands, sweating, cooking, exc.) having dirt under my natural nails will increase the risk of fungi growing under the acrylic nail. Basic.2. Staff was very rude-As Im sitting with the nail tech, a member of the staff walks up to the table and starts speaking in a far off language, gesturing and pointing at me and my hands. When I looked at her, In total dismay, she refused to even acknowledge my presents. I felt very disrespected. It was as if she was trying to assert herself over me or downplay my value as a customer.3. I was over charged-In total I got a full set(short) with jell polish, and a standard pedicure with a jell French-tip. In total it came out to $107.4. My manicure is subpar-Ive attached photos for reference. In closing, Even though this salon is in a good location and the facility is large and pretty, it is not worth it. So I walked into this nail salon parked right in front where the handicap was because I realized that they were closing soon ,the man behind the counter looked at the clock and said OK yeah we can do your Pedicure now! I said OK can I park my truck so it’s not in the handicap? He okayed my request so I backed up took my shoes off socks off put my shoes back on lock my truck went back inside one of the ladies walk up to me and tells me they’re closed when literally less than five minutes ago the man told me behind the counter that he can go ahead and do it it’s just a pedicure !!! But no I was lied to by one of the female employees telling me no they’re closed making me leave while there’s several other people and they’re still getting pedicures and manicures and matter fact it’s after the closing time so I don’t recommend it very poor people skills I work construction I just need to dig get my feet done the proper way and they can take 15 minutes other day to do that so I don’t recommend it when I do find one that’s friendly and courteous to the customer I’ll be sure to post an honest feedback on them as well I don’t like posting negative things but I felt I had to I was lied to blatantly anyway I hope you don’t have the same experiences I had there God bless and may God help you if you go there and I pray you don’t get the same lack of service that I got and lies

I’m not impressed at all. I took my daughter and I to get pedicures and they started mine but didn’t even attempt to start my daughters till I was almost done. They allowed her water to get cold and never even came to check her, nothing. They started taking people and starting people before coming to her. The tech I had was very matter of fact, never asked how I was nothing. He literally did the fastest pedicure ever! I was done with it in less then 15 minutes literally. I like when tech take time and make me comfort ect. This place is more about getting people in and out as fast as possible. The more and quicker you get people In and out the more money right. I get it but it was not quality work at all. All he tried to do was up sell me ect. The basic pedi is $26 and they did the fastest job. I will not be back.
