Critical: ProfessionalismSat outside the shop for 15 minutes and watched what must have been a break there were 3 stylists there and no one would answer the phone so I drove over right in front and thought maybe the one on break would’ve at least took a call while she already had her phone in front of her but nope. I guess they are super busy buy nobody went in and a half hour later would’ve been plenty of time to have seen me but nope all booked up was what she said . Sat outside the shop for 15 minutes and watched what must have been a break there were 3 stylists there and no one would answer the phone so I drove over right in front and thought maybe the one on break would’ve at least took a call while she already had her phone in front of her but nope.
