My mother who was blind and recently passed away was a weekly customer. Bruce treated her like his own mother and Rhonda always met us at the door to assist us with her wheelchair. Bruce knew her routine and would guide her at the sink. Mom loved going there. They are reasonably priced and do an excellent job. During my Moms passing, my sister had Bruce cut her hair and told me that if she could, she would drive from Virginia to go there. Not only do they do an excellent job but they treat you like family. My mother who was blind and recently passed away was a weekly customer. Given the current pandemic, as soon as Governor Cooper gave the green light for salons to open back up, I immediately called Totally Chic Salon. Y’all, I had such a great experience with my first time at the salon! Upon arriving Haley (stylist) met me and made me feel so welcomed! I walked in with an inspiration photo that I found online and Haley truly did an awesome job with my haircut and style and topped all of my expectations!! Since moving to the area 6 years ago, I was reluctant to try a new salon for quite a while but kept saying to myself every time I passed by Totally Chic Salon, “I have to make an appointment and try them out”. Positive: Professionalism, QualityFriendly Atmosphere and Bruce did a great job! I got a perm and have had some poor experiences at other salons but this was definitely not one of them. He got the job done quickly and I love my hair!!
