Positive: QualityIf you like deep tissue massages go here. It was amazing and cheap. I walked in today and got a 1 hour massage with Jackie for $55. All of my knots are gone and I feel great. Highly recommend it.

So I was in the mall shopping around for shoes and couldn’t find any to my liking and as I continued walking around I saw Reflexology and thought “hmmm” a massage sounds nice. I took a look at their price board and thought 60mins, $55 not bad at all. So I decided to have a seat and wait to get a chair massage, only about 10mins. The guy asked what kind of massage I wanted I told him chair, I sat in the chair and he started my massage. Me knowing my body I know that I have a very stiff back, my shoulders are so tight and tense and my lower back usually has pain so therefore I know I have to get like a deep tissue massage. The massage was good and very painful at the same time. As the man was elbowing my neck area I felt like I was being choked. My throat was been pushed so hard into the face/ neck part of the chair I felt I could barely breathe. Thank god I made it through As he continued applying this harsh pressure on my back and everything about 20 minutes into the massage he presses down on my back and cracks my back, all in the spine area. I’m thinking in my head, what the hell.. but it felt ok so I didn’t say anything about it. So, he continues the massage focusing on upper and lower back, neck, arms and legs and some more time passes by and he cracks my neck! It felt ok, he did both side but again I’m thinking what the hell is he doing!! I was confused. I’ve gotten massages before and they’ve never cracked my neck or back intentionally. I’m now nervous as ever. I felt very good and relaxed afterwards and continued shopping in the mall. Later on I decided to look online to see if that’s a skill for them to perform and I’m getting nervous because all the website are say “Absolutely not”. This now sparks so much concern. I don’t see a website or credentials for information about these massage therapist.

So first, their massages are pretty good… not the best, but will relieve a lot of tension. However, that said, if you go here, make sure to check your watch for the time they start. I asked for 20 minutes, the guy stopped at 15, but still acted like it was the full 20. I didn’t say anything though, but only because One) I had to go anyway, and Two) its $20 for 15 minutes, $25 for 20. When they charged me $25, I simply didn’t leave a tip. The way I saw it, I got a really good 15 minute massage, and had that been what I asked for, would have gladly tipped $5. None of us lost out on anything (though they did look shocked I put a line though the tip section of the receipt – some advice, Always do this, even if you left a cash tip instead), so everyone should be happy! Oh, and i know for sure the guy heard me say 20 minutes, as he confirmed it with me twice before starting.

They lured us in with a free massage then after 5 minute they ask us for 10 mins it’s 20$. But it’s so uncomfortable to say no at that moment. So we did it and omg they used their elbow and it was literally torture. They hurt my shoulder blade by putting pressure on it with their ELBOW. It was supposed to be a relaxing experience but turned into an hurtful one. I do not recommend to get your back massaged but I think getting your feet massaged would be good though since they put a lot of pressure. All in all they could improve things.

I went in for a 30 minute massage and i felt like this man wanted to break me :(. it was an elderly man that did the massage for me, he hit me in the head, jumped on the bed and used all his force to “massage” my back and it hurt so badly. When i paid and left my tip, the lady ran outside to look for me and demand that i give them more. It relieved my pain for 5 minutes and now i feel worse than ever. wouldn’t recommend

The most horrible massage I have ever had. The girl just did not know what she was doing. It was so dull, unpleasant and terrible that I stopped her because I could not take it anymore. It was so horrible I wanted to leave it ASAP, and I just paid, because I did not want to even argue with them. But honestly, nobody should pay for this horrible service and massage.
