I went for a 60 minute massage with cupping with Chrissy. Her massage techniques were great, and I really appreciated how much she focused on all the areas that were bothering me. (even found some I wasn’t aware of) It is great when you leave a massage feeling lighter than when you went in; more relaxed, less painful, gaining more range of motion. After the deep tissue massage work, coupled with some stretching that she did, I was so glad she got me in for a massage! I definitely plan to go back, even if it is a bit of a drive for me. She is phenomenal!

I received a massage from Randi this week. She is newer, but did a really nice job. She listed to my needs and prior injuries and focused accordingly. The facility is easy to find, very clean, and well managed. They were booking almost a full week ahead, but called me back with a last-minute cancellation that worked out perfectly.
