So I usually go to another tanning place, and they charge you an arm and a leg. Still, I came here the prices are so reasonable listen I have a hard time with technology, and it gets on my nerve somehow I couldn’t put the handle down towards me when tanning so I brought to their attention they were nice to demonstrate and give me a few more minutes the staff is so lovely. Like your prices can’t wait to come back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI live in the Venice/MDR area and needed a tan so i decided to try out Total Tan and was utterly disappointed. When I walked in the store I was not greeted by any staff for 5 minutes, and then when they did finally acknowledge me the person behind the counter was extremely rude. They were not friendly and just tried to force me to purchase different packages and lotions so they could make their commissions. On top of that, their staff lies about the pricing options for all memberships and packages. They will tell you one price and then raise the price once they get you on a contract. As for my actual tan experience, that was worse than the customer service I received. Their rooms were gross inside with hair from previous tanners on the floor, and it reeked of sweat.
