I did the Groupon deal with Rachel and received a 60 minute massage and mini facial. This was the best spa service I’ve had in Virginia Beach thus far after living her for 2 years. What sets Rachel apart is the attention she devotes to her clients and the mastery of her technique. She did a great job explaining everything she was doing and the benefits to the body. I’m glad I found Jessica and will definitely go back.

This is a mixed review, I have been looking for ashiatsu without having to go through the hrbt for a few years now and in general find a regular massage therapist. I think Rachel fits the bill. She is fairly priced, very proffesional, very nice, and very good. I am a bigger guy and find ashiatsu is the most effective massage for me. She was excellent at the massage. Now for the bad part when I first contacted her it took a couple of days to respond. I was hoping that poor customer service was not reflective of the business but it is. Since then I tried to schedule a massage 2 weeks in advance, she would take days to respond to an individual text let alone a conversation, she said she didn’t know her plans yet. OK well I gave you a 4 day window how about some quick responses and setting up a time and day. No? Final communication she said she would let me know her situation for the weekend and never did. I had a very relaxing and positive experience. Rochelle is very professional and takes the time to explain everything she is doing. She had done the Chakra therapy on me which was so relaxing. It’s hard to explain the way that I feel but I was very sore and drained when I went in. I felt brand new relaxed, calm, less soreness the next day. Rachel was amazing! This was my first time getting a facial and I had no idea what to expect. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what my skin needed. She walked me through everything she was doing and why. Cannot say enough great things about her. Not to mention, all the ladies inside were so sweet! Rachel is very knowledgeable in her craft and is also very professional. Her space is super cute, clean and relaxing. She was happy to answer any questions I had about reflexology and explained how the different pressure points in our feet are connected to various areas of the body. I will absolutely be seeing her again for one, or more, of the many services she provides. 10/10 would reccomend.

My experience with Total Realm Spa is very positive. I got several signature facials here from Rachel. She has very personal approach to her clients. Every time she added to facial routine something different, something extra: micro current, ultrasound, infrared etc that makes you want to continue… I have pain in my shoulder for several months, she noticed this fact and kindly put some special creme and did some acupressure manipulations on this area even it wasn’t part of her job. She’s very nice, polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend her as an esthetician to anyone.
