For several reasons – the staff is friendly. Their website tells you exactly what you are paying for in terms of expertise. The lady stylist that cut mine hair was responsive to my comments and requests. When hair dryer got too close to my nape, I asked her to move away, she took care from that time to ensure that I would not feel the extreme heat. She informed me what would happen and also gave tips without hyper marketing on her services. Oh – once you make the appointment they will call to remind you – I like that service.
