Total Image Day Spa

Positive: ProfessionalismI wanted to share my experience for Total Image Day Spa with anyone looking for a salon that is following the CDC guidelines and is taking this Pandemic seriously. I booked my appointment in advance and asked questions about the sanitation situation, I felt good about their procedures. I arrived and called to check in, my stylist Ann came out and got me, then before entering I had my temperature taken, then I was escorted to the sink where I was asked to wash my hands for 20 seconds. I was then covered with a clear PPE apron along with my mask (required!!)My stylist was also wearing PPE and a mask.Most of our conversation was about COVID-19, and how everyone is doing in my family, (thanks for asking!) After each procedure with different utensils and areas, Ann wiped and sanitized these areas! I must say, I was very impressed that these Women/Men take my safety seriously as well as theirs! Thank You so much Total Image and my stylist Ann!!
