Critical: QualityWas taken advantage of because I was from out of town. Went for a simple haircut and eyebrow wax for my daughter. Tiffany took care of us. She did a great haircut. But she charged $20 for blowing my daughters hair dry to see if she needed to make any adjustments and if hair was evenly cut. I did not ask for a style which is what she called it when I questioned the total price she quoted me, she then waxed her eyebrows and left a burn on my daughters eyelid and still charged me $20 for this on top of charging me $25 for the haircut. Never been treated this way. Won’t be returning again. I have family here in Benbrook and I will not recommend anyone to go there. I even told Tiffany that I found this place online by all the positive and great reviews others had posted.
