I visited today. I paid. then the guy asked for a tip. I told him how much tip to add on my card but he said that wasn’t enough. I went up on the amount but he wasn’t satisfied. I stuck to the amount. I felt bullied by the therapist to add more. Correct me if I am wrong but I do not believe these therapists are being paid next to nothing like resturant waiters where a tip is expected. No customer should me shamed into giving a tip. Shame on this man for coercing me for more money. I highly doubt he would coerce a man to tip more. Also, management can apologize all they want for this therapists behavior but management is the problem. There is a huge huge sign at the register addressing tip amounts. A hairdresser doesn’t instruct her customers how much to tip. A massage therapist should not either. Next time the tip will be zero!!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I just feel that I need to. My complaint is that my husband and I both got a massage and both of us bruised and very sore days following. I’ve had many deep tissue massages but my neck hurts now. ALSO, after reading other unhappy customers I have to mention that I asked how much for 2 massages and he told me $70 “together” then another started rubbing low back and he said $140 for both OK, OK.. I said no several ways and then I said IM NOT PAYING $140. My husband wandered what we were “arguing about. Then what was $70 somehow turned to $80 when it was checkout time. He asked about a tip and I said $10 which wasn’t on the list but because he already added an extra $10 I wasn’t tipping anymore. When I repeated myself and said the tip is $10 total and no more, he rudely said something to his coworker ( in another language) I won’t be back!! I wouldn’t recommend this place and we both are still sore as heck and bruised!!

I have been visiting Total Health Massage for several years. If I am stressed or pulled a muscle its my go to massage. It’s not a spa. It is for my aches and pains. Liu does an amazing job working the kinks out. Plus the prices are affordable. I only wish I couldn’t hear the mall noise.

I don’t normally write negative reviews unless my experiences are that terrible, and I have to say, this has to be one of the most distasteful and shocking as I haven’t seen this happen before. It’s a shame as their massages were heavenly and honestly amazing, too. The massage therapist did a wonderful job, but as soon as I paid and offered a generous tip, she bullied me into giving more tips. She repeatedly asked for it and even stared into my wallet to see if I had an extra cash – I mean, who does that? It was disturbing and creepy. I suggest checking out the next massage place down the aisle as they’re much more polite and just as good.

Will definitely NOT spend my money there again. After telling me “free sample” I agreed to a $40 massage on my back but because I asked him to focus on my lower back he said the price was going to be $60, I still agreed to that price but then another employee started massaging my neck and tells me that is going to be $140. I told him no and he immediately backed away. Then I proceed to pay and was going to leave a $7 tip even though they were rude in how they handle pricing, he bullied me into leaving $10 instead & I just said whatever just because I didn’t want to argue. I didnt even stay for the 20 minute massage I stopped him at 10 just because it was so rude the way they handle pricing.

Honestly by far the best massage spa that I’ve been to. I was in the mall for Thanksgiving shopping and looked up massage options near me, I decided to give Total Health Massage a try. I had an hour body massage and a 30 minutes foot detox. It was the most amazing experience ever. My provider was very professional, polite, and was very knowledgeable of my pain points. They added a hot stone at no additional cost. Had to say this is the best decision made. I have read these reviews from them before but it did not reflect their services. I was greeted with warm smiles, attentive staffs, and they showed they cared about you! Love this place. This should be the number one choice for your health care and relaxing destination.

I strongly recommend this massage shop. The service attitude is very good. My shoulders are very tired. After the massage here, I feel comfortable for at least a month and there is a discount after ten times.
