I came an hour late but I got a text from the hair salon before I came to my phone that I have to pay $20 to make a new appointment, like a deposit fee. As if they can still see me. The salon website says they closed at four I was there at one, so I was like ok to keep a appointment today I’ll pay a extra $20. Separately but it goes towards my hair. She said because I came in late and they go by appointment only. The signs are confusing based on when they are actually open, I thought it was really petty because the stylist was already there so it’s not like she’s out the door and can’t do somebody’s hair. Why turn down money before the place actually closes.

Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in today to get a simple wash & set. I was greeted with confusion & stares. I asked if I can get a wash & set. The stylist walks over to me saying you just don’t get it…. I’ve never seen this woman before nor have we exchanged more than 2 sentences. It was completely rude & uncalled for. I’ve never seen this woman before nor have we exchanged more than 2 sentences. It was completely rude & uncalled for.
