The beds are clean, but they don’t tell you about their refund policies up front and don’t post them in their business. I bought their body cream and at the time of purchase i told them that its a possibility that I could be allergic to it and didn’t want to buy it. They pressured me into buying it, telling me that i could bring it back if that was the case. They said “no problem, bring it back if its the case (you are allergic), we’ll refund you”. I ended up being allergic to their cream and they refused to give me my money back after they told me at purchase they would… they would only give a store credit, even though i had my receipt. They never told me at the time of purchase there are no refunds and store credit only, actually they told me the EXACT OPPOSITE! Don’t trust them!!! Bad Business.
