I have been a member for about 1 year now. I love the total cryo app. I can book my appt with ease. I like that I can walk in and have cryo done. The facility is clean. I use the red light therapy, I like that I can use this red light along with the face celluma. I also enjoy using the cryo machine for my face and joints.

I’ve been going to Total Cryo since they opened. When Kyle introduced the T-Shock service I was skeptical, like most people would be, about the true effectiveness of it. Could it possibly be all they claimed it would be? I can tell you now that I am in love with Cryo T-Shock. The treatments are so easy. Jami is not only an expert on the various types of T-Shock treatment offered but she is just simply an awesome person. I not only look forward to my sessions for the results but also because I get to talk with her.

Love total Cryo, Kyle, Morgan and the team take very good care of their customers. They are a very pleasant group and they keep it very clean and safe. I love all the services they offer. I’ve used almost all of their services and love them all. The cyro chamber is amazing for pain. T-shock and cryo facials are great to refresh or slim down for events. Highly recommend!

If you’ve been considering cryotherapy as part of your wellness regimen, this is definitely the place to go. I’ve been going to Total Cryo for over a year now. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They bend over backwards to accommodate schedule changes and always make you feel welcome. Now as for the treatments they provide, they definitely do what they say. Being in the chamber 4-5 times a week has helped my arthritis, and numerous other ailments.
