Jackie V. is outstanding at what she does. I had balayage done and started w/ very dark hair, also not the healthiest. She was honest and always kept the health of my hair in mind. She got me to a beautiful ashy tone and my hair is shiny and soft. I was so pleased, and I’m usually so picky which is why I kept it dark so many years. Not anymore! I highly recommend Jackie V.!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuedo not go here. The stylist ruined my hair. My hair was healthy and she damaged it so bad that my hair was falling off. Imagine trusting someone to do your hair only for it to be so fried! My hair is everything to me. I love it so much and right now it’s on the road to recovery for the amount of chemicals it had to be put through. As soon as I got home I started to cry. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and pay a lot of money. I reached out to the salon for a refund and they refused. All they did was cancel my appointment that I scheduled to get it “fixed”. My hair was cut uneven too! Do not even get me started on the color. It was bright orange when I specifically asked for a baylage. My hair looked like it was on fire. The texture felt like hay or the end of a broom stick. I think it’s highly unprofessional for a salon to not even give a courtesy for the client.
