I had a wonderful experience at Total Body Skin Care and Wellness Spa today. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Natalie, filled out my forms, shown around and got a brief explanation of some of the other services that they offer. I was then set up for my massage. Isabel did my massage and she was so knowledgeable and thorough. She is a true professional!! She explained what was going on in my body and explained why I had pain in certain areas. I ended up booking some of their other services because they all seem very skilled and really know their stuff!!

I have been receiving lymphatic drainage massages since August 2020 and the difference in my health has been terrific. I came seeking help with all over chronic pain and difficulties with digestion. I typically feel results 3-4 days after the massage and then have ongoing effects for the next 1-2 weeks. Isabel takes her time, never ever rushes you, and educates you during your massage as needed.
