I am located in the A Sante’ Wellness Centre. I provide various types of therapeutic massage based on the client’s need. When you are in pain, I will listen and work with you to find the source of your physical problem. Then we can focus and perform intentional massage so that area will improve. Intentional massage is different from relaxation massage as it is very focused and specific to the area of pain as well as other muscles and joints that may be interacting on the area. Often my clients have been in pain for quite some time and need that specific focused work. I encourage new clients to come in for at last three sessions to see how they are progressing. Of course, if you are looking for a relaxation massage, I can also do that.
