Tonie Wingate, L.M.T. and owner of Total Balance Health & Wellness studied Massage Therapy at Texas School of Massage under the direction of Dr. James Wray. In addition to basic Massage Therapy she is also certified in Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage, Elderly Massage, Warm Stone Massage, Sports Massage, and Reflexology. Tonie also holds a level 2 Reiki practitioner certification in Usui Shiki Ryoho from Reiki Master Jo Long.
