None of the employees spoke much English. That made it impossible to explain that we weren’t comfortable removing some of our clothes. So one of the ladies started helping remove clothing instead of trying to understand. It was pretty bright in the massage room, and when we were finished paying $60/hour we were bluntly asked for a tip. Their massage skills were alright but not impressive.

Wendy is among the very best massage therapists I’ve ever had and I’ve had massages all over the country from Pittsburgh PA to Kansas City 17 years and now many massages all over around here. Asian massage is the finest and Wendy is the finest Asian masseuse I’ve ever had! My wife said her massage by the man there was excellent both times we’ve been there also. We’d give this place 10 stars if we could!

Had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Sadly, business practices are so bad that I will not come back. I had a one hour body works massage that totals to $45. I said I want to pay with cash to avoid the $2 credit fee. Wendy kept trying to charge me $47 still. I finally got it back down to $45, and when I asked for change, she only gave me back certain bills that make me tip over 20%. Because it was my first time, I want to earn trust. I will tip standard 15-20%, and I tip higher as time goes on and I build trust with that service provider. I said to hand me my cash back and I’ll pay with card so I can control my tip amount. She finally gave it back, but when I chose my 15% tip, she wouldn’t click pay because she wanted $10. When I was refusing (because I believe in tips, but I will NOT be guilted into paying more than I believe I should), she kept trying to negotiate. I was so uncomfortable because I literally couldn’t leave. People literally had to go around us to pay and get out because I wasn’t allowed to leave. I had to FIGHT to keep my tip. Another lady had to step in and help me out. Bummer because I was going to come back in the future for a couples massage with my husband, but absolutely NOT now.
