So disappointed. The doctor did not listen to me and I didn’t know the right questions to ask. I received an expensive treatment that I didn’t need with poor results. I overpaid for treatment that I didn’t want because the doctor did not listen or perhaps because she wanted to prescribe a higher priced item to make it more worth her while to treat me. I’ll never know because to make matters worse, when I tried to reach out to the doctor and explain my dissatisfaction she completely ignored my attempts to reach out to her.

I am a patient here and my doctor convinced me to get a full face laser done for $6000. They said that it would diminish my AK’s that bother me and that I keep getting frozen off as well as the discoloration on my face and chest from sun exposure over the years. Well, after paying all that money, I still have brown and pink sun spots and AK’s. I told them that I wasn’t satisfied with the painful laser and they didn’t flinch. Not only would I not recommend giving them your business, I would strongly advise against it.

I booked an appointment with this office for a general skin exam. I was on time, they were on time, everything went smoothly. The office atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I was seen by their female PA Christine—she was kind, yet thorough with the skin exam. Her male colleague Nathan was also in the patient room during the examination—he was polite, and helped make things run smoothly. The front desk people were very welcoming as well.
