Made an appointment and got there 15 minutes before I was scheduled. Waited patiently to be called when it was my turn and the women took walkins that walked in after me to be seen. Didn’t even ask them if they had appointments, didn’t even explain to me why I wasn’t seen. I just walked out after waiting 30 minutes. I don’t know if they’re any good at cutting hair.

Have going to torres barber and beauty salon for 10 years and I’ve never Hava had a bad experience. They ways give great customer service and treat people like if they are family. They do a wonderful job in cutting hair and also accept credit or debit cards which is convenient at times.

Worst hair salon ever. So rude to everyone. Don’t get your haircut from Maria. She will leaves your haircut miserable. Maria doesn’t know how to make a hairline. Last time when I went, she left my hairline so cricket. I reminded her that my hairline is cricket, but noooo she told me that it wasn’t cricket. I shouldn’t be telling her that because it’s call common scence. And it so expensive. $16 dollars for a haircut? I mean like come on mennnn.

Don’t go to the lady with blonde hair by the door I ask her to cut my hair a certain way and she went ahead and cut it a different way. I ask her why would she do that and she said because the way I wanted wouldn’t look good so she did it her way. She shouldn’t have done it her way, she should always listen to the client.
