Junior and the ladies do a great job. Very friendly and helpful staff. San Angelo needed a Master Barber shop. Not many barber’s still shave your neck and beard with straight razor, but Jr does and it makes all the difference. Will not go wrong going to Torque!Thank’s!

This place is pretty amazing! The staff is great, the haircuts are top notch, and the atmosphere is second to none. I had a great experience the first time I went to torque that I had ro make sure I didn’t get another haircut for 3 weeks so I could get it there. Whenever I’m in San Angelo I get my haircut at torque and no where else. If you want a great haircut, and a amazing experience please get your hair cut at torque. You won’t regret it.

We have been here a few times and honestly have had good and not so good results. We continued to go bc we liked the environment and the cuts were a good price. We gave them another chance today (honestly against my hubbys wishes) and we regret it so much. We have 2 boys and their hair looks terrible. The lines are messy, the “bald fades” aren’t bald fades, one barber cut my son multiple times, my boys told me the ladies cutting their hair were taking about inappropriate things while cutting their hair and overall it was a terrible experience. We have been to a lot of shops ( we are military and move a lot) and today this had to be the worst experience every.

I called to make an appointment for my husband. I was told it’s a walk-in Perfect! Get there, sign in & wait. No smile, hello, someone will be right with you NOTHING!! Even after two stylists saw us. They played on their phones and joked in the back while we waited for 20 minutes. I’m sure there are other stylists/barbers that want our money. Take your money somewhere else.

Hadn’t been to Torque in several years. My regular Stylist moved out of town. Only having a short wait of about 25mins, I was greeted by Susie and then the period of getting to know you started. In about 30mins, she gave me a GREAT new cut that put 10 years back on me. I enjoyed the entire experience. Will certainly be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had to walk out. I came in for a haircut. I was waiting not once to be greeted. They just came as if I was not their. One of the stylists had her son with her with I completely understand. However he was crying at the top of his lungs. She did nothing to comfort him. She just yelled at him. I had to walk out.
