I inky give a 3 star review because the tech who did my lashes was very nice and sweet. The facility is clean and nice but I am highly unsatisfied as a BRAND NEW client with my first experience at TOR. I had my lashes done on 11/4 at 0800. I followed the directions on the webpage and being that I am not a rookie lash client, and I also am a licensed cosmetologist so I do know basic care instructions. Out of any experience I have had, these are by far the worst. In less than a week I lost well over 60% of my lashes and by this mornings shower, gentle lash wash and dry they are all gone! No picking or pulling or anything like that. The response I got from the owner wasn’t really helpful. (Offered to get me In for a mini fill for 50$) I just paid 135.00 + tip less than a week ago! I don’t feel this is adequate customer service when an issue like this is brought up and it is sincere.
