Went in for a color correction from green to black and Katelyn did a fantastic job. She cared about the integrity of my hair and did her best to keep it healthy. I was there for a long time (as was the nature of the job) and saw how every stylist there was friendly and welcoming. Each person left with a smile including myself.

Shimu has been cutting my hair for ~10 years now having previously worked at another salon in Ukiah. Shimu has a private room at Toppers with a separate entrance – a good thing in these times of COVID-19. Shimu has always listened to my requests, and has offered helpful advice. Shimu seems less stressed and much happier at Toppers. I’m glad she moved as her old salon was a corporate assembly line.
