I see some older bad reviews on Yelp: just to clarify, they recently got a new renovation and new equipment and more new staff! The interior is very luxurious and clean and open and all the staff dresses nicely. There is even a specific nailbar with flowers and fuzzy rugs solely for aesthetic photos! The staff here is very sweet and attentive. Their website is well organized and very informative – the prices are very affordable and they have lots of services! I called in beforehand and when I arrived the recognized me and sat me down immediately. I took a moment to wander around and take photos and look at others’ nails. A girl and her mom finushed their nails and were raving about how beautiful they were so I felt confident when that nail tech came to me. My nail tech was Candy I believe and she listened to my concerns about my nails being weak. (I used to bite my nails) She was very gentle. Another nail tech came over after they finished and talked to me and the nail tech too, it was fun conversation.

they treated me and my mom very well. some of the sweetest ladies ever and we were both very happy with our sets !! if you want to ge acrylics done ask for kathy,she is my go to and the best of the best !!

They just sat me down to sit there, no assistance, for 20+ minutes. A woman came to speak to me, brought over her cart, and went to help someone else. The woman running the front counter just said “Sorry” that’s all. Unacceptably unprofessional. Don’t sit a customer down for you cannot help them. So rude.
