Nice shop although within the last 3 weeks I paid over $100 just for my nails not to last each time it’s very unfortunate within less than 24 hours one of my nails is broken off after having a new fill in which I wouldn’t have needed if they were done correctly the first time but lesson learned will never come back here. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I will hate for someone else to waste their hard earned money. Also each time multiple fingers of mine were hurt in the process of drilling they were nipped to the point where it was bleeding and I had no compensation for that or for having to get my nails redone which was not my fault. Owner was very nice during the whole process but also there should have been a better resolution for me.

My experience at Top Coat was TOP NOTCH. The shop is clean vibrant and classy. Kendra and Shaunta provided excellent customer service. My braider set done by Kendra is gorgeous And shaunta did amazing with my pedicure. The process took a bit too long. If the chair was a massage chair it might have been different. Having Chronic pain, sitting in a chair too long causes a flare. I need to have movement or the pain sets in.
