Fantastic place. I’ve been coming here to get my haircut for the past two years. I used to live in Bethel but still make the drive from the North Hills to come here every couple of months. The place is privately owned and operated. They used to be known as John’s Barber shop but recently rebranded themselves as Top Tier Barber. Everyone is very thorough and careful. They make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a hair cut, but that might change as they draw more customers. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, old school barber in the area.

Second week in a row I am waiting in the parking lot at 10 am and nobody is here with published work hours from 10am – 8 pm. This needs to be addressed. Either change your hours to fit your workers, or fix the staff. The hair cuts I’ve gotten are decent. But I have now been to 2 job interviews with no fresh haircuts because people dont want to show up on time. I may need to find another barber shop at this point.

Went here today only because I needed a haircut for a funeral and my Barber is closed on Mondays. The place has good reviews but I now see the comments are from when the place was under different ownership. I was extremely disappointed in the haircut. The lady did not seem to know what she was doing and was rushing to get me out, she spent maybe a total of 5 minutes on my hair with no one else in the shop waiting. It came out very lopsided and nothing like what I ask. Embarrassing.

I went in because my former barber moved away. As I waited I was watching each barber’s cutting style and let me tell you Katelyn was the one! And now I won’t go to anyone else. She usually works by appointments so call first. But definitely go see her!!!
