I just spent close to $170 here for myself and my friend for her birthday not only did I get called her mother I got called out for being cheap! If you’re not there to do extra treatments they’re throwing your hands around like you’re not worth their time and then if you don’t get extra work done like gel or foot scraping with a blade (scary because they are not a clean salon) so a blade cutting is a big fat no. I said no, immediately I hear the two women talking about my no response to not wanting a blade that most likely wouldn’t be replaced between uses, No thanks, I don’t want it so just take my no as a firm answer instead of giving a mocking attitude : I said no to unsanitary practice! They have a Very old way of running a business, as most oh these grandmothers color their hair a horrible black, trying to appeal to customers : I’m sorry but the younger females working there did a better job with customers and we’re not sassing or talking secretly in their language -not professional

I went here yesterday and the service was pretty good and the women were nice. Unfortunately they were very bad when it came to painting my nails. I got a lighter color for my toes and could see that they weren’t painted the best but thought oh well they look ok. Today I got a close up of how horrible my toes are painted and my finger nails could have looked a little nicer. I don’t recommend going there if you like good quality nails.

I was looking for a nail salon and I found this one near my house I called two hours prior to going and they told me they had a 3pm appointment for me. When I arrived they told me I couldn’t be seen. Then I told them who I spoke with and that she told me 3pM was good she even wrote my name down. They chatted together a min n then she told me to sit down n pick a color. I sat down and a good 45 MINUTES later no one had acknowledged me again so I spoke up and said I was goin to just leave and they all the sudden sent someone right over to do my nails. I was at that point in a hurry so I just picked a solid color in the dip powder no designs so it would be faster. She finished I was shocked at how over priced it was for not even having a design. AND then I left and by 9pm that same night four of my nails had already chipped they must use some really cheap powder products. At that point I was so over the place I just took them all off and found a new place the next day instead of wasting more of my time there.

The place was super tidy and overall I felt comfortable there. The place was super tidy and overall I felt comfortable there. The prices are reasonable for the quality of their work, and the location is convenient for where I live.

Critical: QualityDesperately needed a pedicure. Was at Nordstrom Rack right across the salon which made me walk over since it was convenient. The pedicure was awful. A blind cat could’ve done a better job. They have a huge sign that says only cash and cards. They ask their customers to pay them through Venmo which I find it to be shady because they’re cheating the system.The old woman who did my pedicure did a really bad job. What I found distasteful was that she was so cheap with the nail colors. For the base, nail color and top coat she used one coat for all toes. Each coat should be for each toe. With the top coat, she used one stroke for 5 toes..Yup, I won’t be back. Place is unclean, cheap and shady. Lucy does my pedicures and she’s really good as well! I get a lot of dead skin because I’m always wearing socks and I’m a nurse and I’m always on my feet! I have gone here twice, both times were bad experience, I only came back the second time to give them another chance. My nails are supposed to be long (which they over charge for their work) and they’re short. I asked for narrow but not coffin. I got chunky square when I told her it’s wrong she ignored me and kept on. I got gel and there is bubbles , I paid 50 dollars for very horrible work. I will never return. I also told the lady I was in a rush and she kept talking and rushed through my nails . Now I have to spend more money to get them fixed.

My friend and I both had Dip done and mine chipped within 2 days… They fixed it for free, but now my friends nails broke on the side and it has been a little less than 1 week. The staff was very friendly and there are a ton of dip color options too!
