Staff is extremely rude. But since this is the only nail shop in the area, I’m sure this establishment feels a sense of entitlement. I rather spend my black dollars else where then to be treated as a less than important patron. People, go somewhere else. They never have enough staff anyway.

Ridiculous! A friend of mine went too get her nails done for a family beach trip coming up. She got dip, and at first everything seemed too look and feel fine- things changed quick! She started noticing what looked like black spots under her nails/the dip. Nothing was bruised or bumped! But up close you could see the black. Went back to the salon and absolutely no explanation for the issue at hand. Just a “fix”- nothing changed. Same problem! I’d advise that anyone look at the color(s) you’re getting. Ask how long it’s been on the shelf, ask the shelf life. Still questioning if maybe this dip was expired, maybe applied wrong, and so fourth. NEVER AGAIN!

I needed a mani and pedi, so I googled the shops nearest me. I have been going to the same nail salon for 11 years (she is closed for this summer) and was afraid to try another new place after the terrible job I had in the new place I went to in NY. After reading google reviews I almost did not go into this salon, but felt it was only right I give them a fair chance. I am so glad I did! Not only were all of the woman friendly, but so were their customers. I found the salon to be very neat and clean.The woman who did my nails, talked me into trying the dip because my nails were in pretty bad shape after the last person that did them. I am so thankful I took her advice, LOVE the dip! After 3 weeks I don’t even have a chip, or nick. I am in the process of moving from upstate NY to Ruther Glen, so I am very new to the area and do not know much about it. I needed a mani and pedi, so I googled the shops nearest me. I have been going to the same nail salon for 11 years (she is closed for this summer) and was afraid to try another new place after the terrible job I had in the new place I went to in NY. My sister and niece were in town for Christmas. My niece broke a nail so I recommended she go to Top Ten. My experience had always been ok there. She was seated with the nail tech that wears a mask..the youngest female tech there. She was mean to my niece, smacked her hand twice and twisted her fingers…very rough. She even tore her nail worse than it was before due to the roughness. Ridiculous treatment!! My sister was seated in the back with the male tech which was nice and did a great job. She was unaware of the harsh treatment of her daughter until after they were In the car and her daughter told her. There are other nail salons close by so I am not sure why this type of behaviour is acceptable to the owner of this establishment.

This was not my normal spot but I was passing by and decided to spot. The lady told me they don’t do long nails. I was completely blown. I have never been to a nail shop and had them turn done money! Never again will Stop there! My nails weren’t that long she looked at them and saw that they were almond shape and wanted to cut them.

I’ve never had a bad experience here, and they are a little less expensive than other nail salons. Some of their employees could be a bit more professional, but overall they do a good job, and I will continue giving them my business.
