I am new to the neighborhood and this is the closest nail salon to me. I’ve been here about 5 times for gel manicures & pedicures. I do think they do a decent job, however on all of my visits there was a clear discrimination of treatment in service and just overall courtesy and respect. I will not go into details because I am not here to bash but as a human being and fellow minority that takes pride in supporting small minority & women owned businesses I am sadden and disappointed by my last & final visit.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went and got french acrylic tips done today. The man doing my nails said that they would be between 30-40$ and I was ready to get them. In the end they were 75$. I did not make a big deal out of it but my nails came out terrible. The white line is not strait, the nails are pointing up, my ring finger skin was cut and my natural nail was almost filed off.I have payed a lot of money to expect nice nails. I am very disappointed in the service since I have been there a couple times before when others have done my nails. I do not like the service lying to me so I rate this experience a 1 out of 5. I really enjoyed my experience here. Im in love with my gel mani and pedi. Excellent job. Attention to detail. I will continue to go here and highly recommend. They also have a lot of colors to choose from. One of the reasons I’m leaving my current nail salon is because they never have new colors.

I wanted to try a new nail salon place and took a chance with this one-since it was conveniently located. I was pleasantly surprised by the services-I had a manicure and pedicure-as did a friend I took with me. The staff was friendly, the facility spacious and very clean, my nails beautifully done. My pedicure-by Lisa- was nothing short of amazing!I I will definitely go back.

The salon is clean & people are friendly. Billy is fabulous, he listens to your needs, takes time to ensure that I’m happy with the end result. He chats about his daughter, asks how I’m doing etc. He is usually on time & I highly recommend him and if he’s not available I use Jessica.

Guy spent almost an hour minutes on my filling. In that time, he got up and was helping other customers…and managed to not shape my nails properly. One hand is square and the other is ballerina. If you’re going to spend so much time on someone’s nails, do them right!!!
