Eyebrows done by the older gentleman were Awesome!! But very poor customer service from all of the staff. I should have walked out the moment I saw dust all over the nail polishes or that they all were separated . Or maybe when I noticed no one was smiling or laughing and the atmosphere was depressing. The employees just talked to each other and barely acknowledge the customers. To top it off , she just wanted me to put my nails in front of a standing fan on a desk, not laying flat under a drying lamp. Place is weirdly ghetto. Would never return . Cheap is not better . Go somewhere that would make you feel good afterwards, not like you need a shower.

To me, cleanliness is the most important element when it comes to qualifying nail salons. Do your business a favor- have a little pride & clean up the place!!! No more dirty water in spray bottles, caked-on dust on your brush station, dirty old rags in the towel-warmer.
