I’ve visited this nail salon twice. The first time I visited for a refill. They refused to work on nails THEY didn’t install. I had to take my nails off, and get a new full gel set.

I took my girls, 9 & 13 in today to get pedicures and gel manicure- which we only do for special occasions – also a pedicure for myself. Both my girls burst into tears the minute we got into the car. They both wanted a small design on their ring finger nails…one got literally blobs of white on top of her pink nails and the other got a gold sticker that peeled off immediately. My pedicure was rushed and terrible, and then as soon as I got out of the chair I had to wipe paint off my skin because the tech did a terrible job- after charging me $3 extra dollars for the REGULAR polish I chose. Then when it was time to pay, the gentleman tried to take my credit card without showing me any sort of bill- it was very odd. It was ridiculously expensive for a terrible experience and even worse pedicures/manicures- will NEVER go back there again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! I have never felt so uncomfortable in any line of business I’ve been into. I called ahead to make an appointment and mentioned if it was ok if I brought my own gel nail polish base (rubber gel nail polish) which I was told was ok. I sat with my nail tech named GRACE who I mentioned, that I did not want that machine to be used on my nails, since they were already very fragile, instead to use acetone like I normally do to take them off. Then she tells me that I will be paying extra for this service (an extra $8), I also told her that I had brought my own gel base that I wanted to use and tells me that I will be paying extra for that as well (an extra $10). Through out my whole time being there Grace was abruptly harsh as if she did not want me there as a customer. She kept speaking to her coworkers complaining about everything as if I wasn’t there. She definitely skipped nail prepping procedures to get me out of there. My nails came out super clumpy and out of shape, never in my life has ever happened. I had referred a friend to come with me hence I been to this nail salon before (far different experience, which is why I referred her in the first place) and she herself told the front desk lady that she was not coming back ever again and the lady could of cared less. Since she also was getting charged extra for picking a range of colors for her nails, something thats normal at any other nail salon. Even after we voiced how unhappy we were, nothing was done to make us feel at ease or accommodate us (no discount was giving). They had the audacity to ask how I was tipping after the worse experience of my life. SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES, I PAID $59 for those nails in the picture.

I have been going to Top Style Nails for over 2 years and am genuinely pleased with my services. I normally get a Dip Powder manicure and pedicure but have had gels too. Every other month, I Treat myself to a Spa Pedicure which includes callus remover and a 15 minute massage for $65-$70. The facility is clean and well kept. I highly recommend Top Style Nails.

Horrible experience. Was told my nails couldn’t be filled and the whole set needed to be done. Then was told I could fill my set after asking about my other options. Nails came out lumpy and the almond shape ended up jagged. The underside looks horrible and not clean. Nails were not filled to my cuticle. Pictures taken day of service. Will not be returning

My daughter and I just had the best spa pedicures. The salon is modern and very clean. The staff is very friendly and the service is top notch. We will definitely be back!

My mother and I scheduled appointments 30 minutes prior. We were very grateful they said over the phone they could take us for dip powder manicures. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and we noticed there were beyond plenty of options. It felt unlimited! We chose our colors. My nail tech was Yunny and my mother’s was Emma. Both ladies were very polite and precise. Our manicures included back massages. Mine felt very nice and my mother mentioned her’s did as well. Yunny and Emma paid great attention to detail and we did not feel rushed. We felt relaxed and they were patient. The salon felt and looked very tidy as well. Thank you Yunny and Emma!

Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of work. My dip powder manicure started cracking after a couple of days. After two weeks I’m unfortunately going to have my nails done again, but I will not return here.
