Top star hair salon has been a lifesaver when it comes to my hair needs. I am very particular when it comes to getting my hair done and I was a little apprehensive before visiting. Emir did my hair and he transformed me and made me feel beautiful. When I say he is the best I mean he is the best. I would recommend anyone to get their hair done here. I usually get a keratin treatment and I color my hair and it is always a pleasant experience.

I booked an appointment online several weeks ago through their website. When I phoned a few days after to confirm my appointment the person on the phone told me that they are only open on Sundays for “special occasions”, that they do not make online appointments, and that I would have to schedule for a different day. I wasn’t able to accommodate a different day so I made alternate arrangements and let them know that their online portal needs to be updated if they actually don’t book appointments for Sunday. On the day of my actual appointment, they called to confirm if I was showing up, and explained that they are in fact open but were “on vacation” when I phoned. Which makes no sense, because you know when your vacation is ending so should be able to accommodate an appointment.
